CHEF'S CODE · RULE 5

The Support Audit

A short, honest look at who actually knows what you're carrying.

Four questions. No wrong answers, and no one sees this but you. This isn't about opening up — it's about seeing clearly whether you're actually running this alone, or whether it just feels that way.

1. Who knows the actual weight of what you're carrying right now — not just the facts of it, the weight of it? A name, or "no one" — either is a real answer.
2. Who would you actually call at 11pm if something went wrong — not who you'd want to, who you actually would?
3. Who checks on you — without you having to ask first?
4. When did you last tell another man the real version of a hard week — not the summary, the real version?

Your Support Audit

This isn't a score to feel bad about. It's a map of where the gap actually is — and Rule 5 exists because no good kitchen runs on one person carrying it silently.

If you're ready to stop running the line alone —

this is where that starts.
